This course will cover Qur'anic studies (Ulum Al-Qur'an) topics such as:

• Fundamentals of Qur'an interpretation (Usul At-Tafsir)
• Stories and occasions of the revelations (Asbab an-Nuzul)
• Makki and Madani verses
• Abrogation in the Qur'an (An-Nasikh wa al-Mansukh)
• Authentic & inauthentic recitations (Qira'at Mutawatirah & Syadzzah)
• Qira'at justifications and its meanings (Tawjih al-Qira'at)
• Uthmani script/codex & signs (Rasm & Dhobt al-Qur'an)
• Waqf & Ibtida', Qur'an verses numbering (Al-Fawasil)
• Fundamentals of Tajwid rules
